SUNFEAST YiPPee! CHOPSTICKS CHALLENGE

 

ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

The Sunfeast YiPPee! Chopsticks Challenge (“Campaign”) is organized by ITC Limited (“ITC”).

Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Campaign shall individually be referred to as a “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

Participation in this Campaign is purely voluntary.

By participating in this Campaign, each Participant is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as any instructions, rules or guidelines published on the Campaign landing page at https://sunfeastyippee.com/yippee-chopsticks-challenge.html (“Campaign Page”), and the decisions of ITC, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

The Campaign shall be live from 1 April 2026 at 00:00 hours and shall close on 16 June 2026 at 23:59 hours (“Campaign Period”). A day for the purposes of the Campaign Period shall be from 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours of a particular day.

The Campaign is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations in India.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The Campaign is open only to Indian citizens who are currently residing in India.

Participants below the age of 18 years may participate only with the consent of their parent(s)/legal guardian, and ITC may require such consent to be submitted in a format acceptable to ITC.

Participants may be required to produce government-approved photo identification proof (such as passport, voter card, Aadhaar, PAN card or driver’s licence) valid during the Campaign Period, failing which ITC may disqualify the Participant.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Campaign: employees, contractors, directors and officers of ITC, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, fulfilment, judging and promotion vendors involved in the administration, development, fulfilment and execution of this Campaign (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step”) of such persons.

 

STEPS TO PARTICIPATE

Participants may enter the Campaign by following the steps set out below:

Purchase a pack of Sunfeast YiPPee! 6in1 Magic Masala, with a free pair of chopsticks packed with / attached to the pack, or otherwise clearly indicated as eligible for the Campaign (“Promo Pack”).

Scan the QR code printed on or associated with the chopsticks pack / Promo Pack to be redirected to the Campaign Page.

On the Campaign Page, complete the registration / login process by providing the details requested on the page.

Choose one or more food items from the options available on the Campaign Page that you wish to eat with the chopsticks.

Click a photograph of yourself eating the selected food item(s) with the chopsticks and upload the photograph in the manner specified on the Campaign Page.

Submit the entry in accordance with the instructions on the Campaign Page to earn points. Points will be assigned as displayed on the Campaign Page and/or determined by ITC in accordance with the challenge mechanism.

Entries that comply with all the Terms & Conditions will be treated as valid entries. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, duplicate, submitted through any unauthorized mode, or not in the format specified shall be treated as invalid.

 

ENTRY GUIDELINES

A Participant may submit multiple entries during the Campaign Period, unless otherwise restricted on the Campaign Page; however, ITC may consider only the highest-scoring valid entry of a Participant for winner selection, or apply any per-person/per-mobile-number restriction displayed on the Campaign Page.

All entries must be original and created by the Participant.

All photographs submitted must comply with these Terms & Conditions and the terms of use of the Campaign Page.

Entries cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent, derogatory, profane, pornographic, obscene or offensive, or contain nudity.

Entries cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), unsafe or dangerous activities, or any political agenda or message.

Entries cannot endorse hate or hate groups, or promote terrorist acts, illegal activities or instructions for harmful conduct.

Entries cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about ITC, its customers, employees, products or brands, or any other person, product or company.

Entries cannot contain trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by others (except ITC’s trademarks, logos or trade dress of Sunfeast YiPPee!), or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (except ITC’s products marketed under the Sunfeast YiPPee! brand) without permission.

Entries cannot contain personal identification, such as vehicle registration numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses, unless expressly permitted on the Campaign Page.

Entries must not contain copyrighted, third-party or plagiarized material (including photographs, artwork, stills or images published in any media) without permission.

Entries cannot contain background artwork unless it is original to the Participant or otherwise permitted on the Campaign Page.

Entries must communicate messages or images consistent with positive brand associations and must not depict any unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

By submitting an entry, the Participant represents and warrants that: (a) the entry is the Participant’s original work; (b) it has not been previously published or won any prior award; (c) it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party; (d) the Participant has obtained consent from any person appearing in the photograph; and (e) publication and use of the entry by ITC shall not infringe any third-party rights.

The Participant shall indemnify and hold harmless ITC and the Promotion Parties from any claims arising out of or in connection with a breach of the above warranties.

 

SCORING, WINNER SELECTION AND TIE-BREAK

Each valid entry will receive points based on the challenge criteria displayed on the Campaign Page. The point allocation, if any, will be determined by ITC and may depend on the food item(s) selected, the quality/completeness of the upload, and any other engagement criteria announced on the Campaign Page.

At the end of the Campaign Period, the Participant with the highest total points from valid entries shall be declared the winner, subject to verification by ITC.

In the event of a tie where two or more Participants have the same highest score, the Participant whose qualifying entry achieving that score was submitted first (based on the time stamp recorded by the Campaign Page / platform) shall be declared the winner.

ITC’s decision on the scoring, validation and winner selection process shall be final and binding.

 

PRIZE

The winner shall receive one signed ball from Jasprit Bumrah (the “Prize”).

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.

The Prize image/description shown in any advertising, on the Campaign Page or in any communication is indicative only and the actual Prize may differ in appearance.

ITC reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability, without prior notice.

 

WINNER VERIFICATION AND DELIVERY

Winners will be contacted using the mobile number, e-mail address or any other contact details provided during entry submission.

Once shortlisted, the winner may be asked to provide identity proof, age proof, address proof, consent documents (where applicable) and any other documentation required by ITC for verification.

If a shortlisted winner is unreachable, does not respond within the period communicated by ITC, refuses the Prize, provides incorrect or misleading information, or fails verification, ITC may disqualify such Participant and select the next eligible Participant based on the same rules.

ITC shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery of the Prize due to incorrect or incomplete contact details or address information provided by the Participant.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY

By sharing personal information with ITC, the Participants consent to the collection, storage, processing and use of such personal information by ITC, its affiliates, associates, agents, contractors and third-party service providers for administering the Campaign and for related promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.

For the purposes of this Campaign, ITC will collect first-party data directly from Participants through the Campaign Page, which may include name, mobile number, e-mail address and such other details as may be required for registration, verification, winner contact, prize fulfilment, fraud prevention, analytics and administration of the Campaign.

By submitting the requested details, each Participant confirms that the information provided is true, accurate and complete, and confirms that the Participant has the legal right to provide such information for the above purposes. Where the Participant provides details of any other person, the Participant confirms that such person’s consent has been obtained, to the extent required by applicable law.

ITC may send transactional, service, verification and campaign-related communications to the contact details provided by the Participant, including via SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, e-mail or other electronic means, where permitted by law.

Participants acknowledge that their entry, name, likeness, photograph, video or other submitted content may be used by ITC in advertisements, promotions, media coverage or publicity in any form, now known or hereafter developed, without any further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

The Participant may be required to permit the use of the submitted photograph, entry details and/or content for promotional or verification purposes.

Participants may withdraw consent for use of personal information during the Campaign Period, but such withdrawal may render the entry invalid and may make the Participant ineligible for the Prize. Where Participants withdraw consent or do not provide the requested information, ITC may be unable to process their entry, communicate with them, verify their identity or award the Prize.

 

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ITC and the Promotion Parties shall not be liable for any loss due to delay, destruction, damage or inability to provide the Prize due to force majeure events, act of God, governmental action, riot, courier failure, technical failure or any circumstance beyond their reasonable control.

ITC and the Promotion Parties shall not be liable for notifications, communications or materials sent by a Participant that are lost, late, garbled, inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible or otherwise not received due to technical or other errors.

ITC and the Promotion Parties shall not be responsible for hardware or software errors, faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network or internet connectivity problems, interrupted transmissions, unauthorized access, hacking, viruses, bugs, tampering or other technical issues affecting the Campaign.

ITC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Terms & Conditions, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign if necessary.

All entries submitted in connection with the Campaign shall become the sole property of ITC, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Any incidental charges, including statutory levies, if any, shall be borne by the Participant.

The Campaign is offered only in India.

All disputes relating to the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

ITC may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by publishing the updated version on the Campaign Page.
